Greetings everyone!

I wanted to do something fun and different for my second blog post.  Instead of giving my two cents about a specific topic, I answered some exciting survey questions I came across.  Since I love reading survey questions from other bloggers, I thought it would be fun to play a get-to-know-me better game with all of you.

  1. When was the last time you cried? Last night
  2. What was the reason you cried the last time? Wondering where my life is going
  3. Do you have kids? If no, how many do you want? No, but I have many nieces and nephews who are like my children.
  4. If you were another person, would you be a friend of yourself? No way! I would not get along with me if I was someone else.
  5. What’s a favorite body part of yours? My breasts. Mine are real and I didn’t have to pay for them!
  6. What’s the first thing you notice about people? Their clothes and demeanor.
  7. Where is the best place to people watch? The airport; specifically the Delta Sky Lounge (oh, how I miss those travel days!).
  8. Which badass historical woman would you like to be for one day? Cleopatra
  9. What Halloween costume have you always wanted to be dressed up as? Cleopatra, cat woman, mermaid, or a French maid.
  10. What celebrity would you date if you could? Keanu Reeves, Chris Evans, Dominic Rains, Farhan Akhtar, Aditya Roy Kapur.
  11. What has required the most courage of you in your life so far? Leaving an abusive relationship. It took a lot of time and courage to recognize and admit the abuse.
  12. Scary movie or happy endings? Anything with a cliff hanger.
  13. Favorite smell? Coffee
  14. What’s the furthest you’ve ever been from home? India
  15. Do you have any special talents? I can twirl a basketball on one finger for several minutes.
  16. What is the best compliment you have ever received? A guy friend once told me, “you stop and turn heads wherever you go” and that one of my photos “should be turned into a canvas.” I was very flattered!
  17. Where were you born? Patna, Bihar (India)
  18. What are your hobbies? Watching American history and war documentaries, Bravo TV, Netflix, Hulu, writing, blogging, bike riding, socializing, and gossiping.
  19. Do you have any siblings? Yes, I have a sister eight years older than me.
  20. What do you want to be when you grow up? Bollywood actress or air hostess
  21. What is the least favorite thing about yourself? I am too hard on myself and way too self-critical.
  22. 3 things that upset you? I have a million pet peeves but what I hate the most is dishonesty, narcissim, and self-righteous people.
  23. 3 things that make you happy? Apart from my loved ones, Bravo TV, socializing, and ice-cream make me happy.
  24. How is your relationship with parents? Very strong, loving, and real.
  25. One word that describes you? Compassionate
  26. What’s your favorite quote? “Thou shall not judge because thou has fucked up in the past also.”
  27. Are you an extrovert or introvert? An introverted extrovert
  28. If money were no object what would you get for your next birthday? An exotic vacation
  29. If you could live anywhere in the world where would it be? There’s no place like the United States. I’d love to live in NYC and/or Florida.
  30. What’s your favorite thing to have for breakfast? Fruit, yogurt, and smoothie
  31. Have you ever been on any bridge? Do you like bridges? Brooklyn Bridge. I’ve walked across that many times.
  32. Where do you want to travel? I want to visit all 50 states in the U.S. I’ve only visited 19 so far.
  33. Have you ever been to Europe? Where? Only Spain. I traveled throughout Madrid, Barcelona, Valencia, and Seville.
  34. Do you love history? I’m a huge history buff. I especially follow documentaries on American history, American presidents, and World War II.
  35. Which one do you prefer, George Washington or Thomas Jefferson? I love both founding fathers. Abraham Lincoln is another favorite president.
  36. Which candidate was your favorite during the latest US Presidential elections? Hillary Clinton
  37. How do you feel right now? Bored being quarantined for six weeks.
  38. Where in your career do you want to be in 10 years? In addition to my daytime job at Navy Federal Credit Union, I’d like to be a New York Times and Amazon’s best-selling author.
  39. Knowing what you know now, what would you do differently if you were born again? I would have prevented all negative people who entered my life and damaged me.
  40. What would you do if a million dollars was given to you with no strings attached? Pay off my niece and nephew’s college tuition, buy luxury gifts for my loved ones, and travel the world.
  41. If you could only remember one lesson to take into your next life, what would it be? Most people in the world are assholes.  Only a small circle of people will always love me unconditionally.  That small circle are the only ones to trust.
  42. What one superpower would you want and why? Power of healing.  I’d like to heal anyone who is physical pain.
  43. What do you think other people love about you? My compassion and honesty.
  44. What’s your favorite holiday of the year and why? Christmas. I love Christmas music, movies, and festivities.
  45. What is your biggest strength? I’m a lot more courageous and competitive than I look.
  46. What was your proudest moment? Getting my first book deal.
  47. If you could only eat one type of food for the rest of our life, what would it be? Ice-cream
  48. If you knew you were going to die tomorrow, what would you do today? Tell my family and close friends how much I love them.
  49. What do you wish you were the best in the world at? Be a financial expert like Suze Orman.
  50. What is your definition of a strong person? Someone who is emotionally and mentally strong on the inside regardless of how they seem on the outside. Someone who isn’t embarrassed to cry and be vulnerable in front of others is a sign of strength.
