Culture & Cafecito initiatives is podcast that seeks to create have conversations with people, leaders and experts (of all industries) like yourself who have expertise and/or curiosity for sharing, talking about and/or exploring what culture means and how we can re-define it as individuals, as leaders, as a community, and as a team.

Nathalia Montoya Casanova works with Learning Innovation Catalyst, an education technology company as an Operations Manager. At LINC she work across company departments/teams (Sales, F&A, Exec, Ops) to support existing processes, innovate approaches to develop new procedures that enable systems integration, organisation development and streamlined operational and organisational effectiveness. She also work with Executive Leadership to capture and analyse internal data on business drivers and cultural/organisational dynamics in order to develop novel corporate culture building initiatives, support leaders in fostering employee engagement to be more responsive to organisational needs. She graduated from American University with a degree in International Economic Relations and Business and is passionate about organisational and people development.
